Thank you for the reminder! it is SO easy to look around at all of the major sin going on the world, all of the news stories and political malevolence, that we skip right over the time we snapped at our spouse or were impatient with our kids or yelled at some poor sap in traffic.

When Jesus spoke of the seed growing up, but being choked out by the cares and worries of the world, i believe it has at no time been more relevant than today. we need to make sure that His forgiveness AND conviction are still in fertile hearts and minds.

Thanks again.

I feel like Paul in his battle with the flesh. The sin is in me I don't want to do but i do what is wrong to God. Sin is the result of wrong action it come front desire of the flesh that is me and I pray God remove this desire it came habit on my old days of siner life.GOD have forgiving me went I give my life to him and today im justify by his blood the price he pay on the cross so I don't lost my salvation because every day I ask God forgiveness of the actions get me into sin and I ask a solution to no to sin anymore but always get me to the point of weakness and I belive this is the poin God don't test me God look on me for love inconditional love he know me better I know my self and he allow those feeling on the flesh revelt agains me because again if you love me you will fallow me and he rejoyce on my strugle because he knows what is inside me is to love him but what is out side of me is weakness as paul said. Is not then my battel agains sin Christ battle on the cross is not my victory is jesus victory all I have to do is to belive on the son of God and by faith on him and loving him that weakness of the flesh will go away so Paul fanaly found grace on God because stop fighting the sin and let God takr over so he can love direct to God Im a siner but I still love you na matter what the flesh said to me . He was free at the end.

I am the enemy, no one else is responsible for my rebellion against God.I have been very creative in deceiving myself about the source of my rebellion.
I love Psalm 139:22 and also Psalms 32 and 51. To often when I am not walking in submission these psalms are not very close to me. But when God gets my attention I fall on my face in brokenness of my rebellion and these psalms once again are sweet and my constant companions.
I also thank God for providing each generation with his humble servants to teach His flock. Pastor MacArthur is one such servant.
