Hi Steve,

Thank you for the encouraging response. To answer your original question, yes this is a small part of a larger project that I am working on for publication, though it may be up to a year before the final version is available.

In the meantime, the books that Pat mentioned are both excellent resources, and are two of the many superb resources available on this and other apologetic issues.

Thanks again for your kind words.

Pat,

Thanks for the recommendation on "Misquoting Jesus." I've heard of it but have not read it yet. I will get it.

Nathan's series has been very good and I have encouraged my congregation to read it. He gets right to the issues in a concise way and that appeals to the average believer who doesn't have time to tackle F.F. Bruce.

I'm glad you found the recommendations helpful. Thanks for your response.

Blessings,
Steve

Hi Steven, thank-you for your warm advice regarding Calvinism last week. If the question to Nathan comes back "no". I would highly recommend "Misquoting Jesus" and always the classic "The New Testament Documents" F.F. Bruce. awesome for their truths and readability- assuming of course you already don't have. Peace

Nathan,

This series has been a great summary which I have linked to on our church website.

Are you writing a book on this subject? It would be a good time to come out with such a book which laymen could read in light of the recent attacks from atheists like Hitchens and Dawkins.

Blessings to you,
Steve Lamm
