Okay, this list is acceptable. But what happened to the "E"s of Decision Making? Expedience, Enslavement, Evangelism, Exaltation, Etc. That was really catchy.

The hard part is when you have decided that a gray area has become black and white in your life, and then not to bring those same expectations on others. I am thinking of drinking. I personally don't drink because I see what it has done to youth and our country as a whole. I don't think it is a sin, but I also must be careful how I judge others who do drink.

We must remember just because we have been convinced in these gray areas to not make that "the law" for all other Christians or unity will be broken

Thanks, it is a timely reminder to have God as the centerpiece of everything we do, and there is always a way to tell.

How beautifully put. These gray areas are what seem to trip up most Christians today and this makes it very clear how each person should deal with his gray areas.

The most essential truth to undergird a nice study like this one, is that "the just shall live by faith".

When we endeavor to obey without trusting in Christ to empower us, we will either fail, and become despondent, or worse yet, we will do all these things in our flesh, and become puffed-up.

Jesus said, "you can do nothing without Me". By faith we cry out to the Lord, and we fall upon His grace and mercy, as we boldly approach His throne, by this same grace, found in the shed blood of our Savior and God, Jesus Christ.

Good study though. And I realize faith by grace is a given from Dr. MacArthur.
